How are you changing the world over at UPC Broadband?UPC Broadband is a leading provider of cable television, broadband internet and voice services in Europe, serving approximately 13,5 million customers throughout 10 countries. I work at UPC Broadband as a Conversion Optimization Manager. My main task is to optimize the UPC websites in order to get more customers.
What is the pain point that Notable helps you with?I mainly focus on conversions, consulting and reviewing usability, trustworthy and persuasiveness of the websites. I am in touch with the Online Marketing and Sales teams on all 10 markets and I help them with improving conversions. Notable helps me a lot with commenting the templates, previews or live pages. I like that I can
involve multiple people with Notable and
quickly tell them my opinion.
So far I have used it internally with a Hungarian team. They had made some changes on the website according my suggestions. Then they showed it to me as a preview. I made several comments via Notable to show the team what needs to be fixed. Notable provided us a usable and easy platform for easy communication.
