Please don't slap “UX Professional” on your title, tell us what you really do for a change. What is your craft? What are your skills? What are you good at making? Do you design user interfaces? Do you design interactions? Do you code the front end? Are you a user researcher? User experience is defined as:
How a person feels about using a product, system or service.
If you say you're the Director of User Experience you are saying that you are in charge of how a person feels about your product. That's great, but it doesn't mean much. Doesn't tell us what your specific craft is. It's like saying "Oh, I just work in engineering." What type of engineer are you? What do you make? Do you develop software? Build cars? Build parks? Build structures? Don't slap "UX Professional" on it. Craft Matters.
