ZURB turned eleven years old this month and as we reflect on our successes and failures, I'm reminded by Gary Vaynerchuk about the key to our business success: passion.
There have been ups and downs in the economy, wrong hires, screw-ups, and broken processes, but the thing that has always kept the ZURB business strong is passion--passion for our craft, passion for the success of our clients and a continual thirst for knowledge. As a business, we've never be content.
